郭恩亮，男，汉族，副教授、博士生导师，山东省梁山县人。长期以来致力于气候变化与自然灾害风险评价领域研究，耦合卫星遥感反演、统计诊断与模型模拟方法，探索和解决复合极端事件识别监测、植被响应机理与灾害风险防范等方面的科学和技术问题。研究成果以第一（通讯）作者发表在 Journal of Hydrology、Journal of Climate、Global and Planetary Change、Agricultural Water Management、Ecological Indicators 等国际权威期刊，发表SCI论文28篇、CSCD论文14篇，其中入选ESI高被引论文1篇。2020年入选内蒙古自治区“草原英才”工程青年创新创业人才，2022年入选内蒙古自治区高等学校青年科技英才。
